Sunningdale Body Corporate driveway renewal project
Tarred roads and driveways have been around for decades.
Relatively inexpensive and versatile, compared to other materials such as paving or cement, they can be installed quickly, provided the necessary skills and raw materials are available.
A local Sunningdale Body Corporate has used a tar driveway and parking area for many years, but time and oil leaks had taken their toll, the parking area was looking tatty.
Sky Projects and Ocean Construction took 2 days to cut out the damaged tar, and replace with hot tar, as Phase 1 of the project.
Phase 2 is next, to cover the entire area with a tar slurry, and repaint the parking lines, and the parking area will look like new, hopefully for many years to come.
