Sunningdale Body Corporate Carport Replacement Project
The carport project was a huge success!
Grateful thanks to Sagran Reddy from Sky Projects, and Neels from Silverlake Construction for persevering under very difficult April weather conditions, to complete the dismantling, installation, sealing and painting, and deliver the end product, well done!
Parking is sometimes a contentious issue in body corporates, often a topic of discussion!
There are processes to resolve the issues, but none of them are easy.
The debate will continue, maybe one day we have a clear view of the way forward.
